We have a contract to buy a church building in Tempe. The property is at 5700 S. Country Club Way - which is between Baseline and Guadalupe Roads and just west of the 101 Freeway. It is about 8 miles directly south of our current location in Scottsdale.
We don't have a moving date yet. The contract is set to close in March and the building will need extensive renovations. We are working with an architect and engineers to inspect the property and develop the design plan and construction timeline. It is currently estimated that the building could be ready in July 2024. Our plan is to continue meeting in Scottsdale until then.

Updates
On Wednesday, February 1, our congregation voted to approve the purchase and renovation of the Tempe property. Our denomination will now review the plan for final approval.
