About Grace Scottsdale

What kind of church are you?

We are an Evangelical, Charismatic church. We are part of the Foursquare family of churches and we believe and teach the historic truths of the Christian faith. We are a community on a mission to glorify God by helping each other grow as followers of Jesus who know and love God, love and serve others, and bring grace and healing to people across the street and around the world. We invite you to join us on that mission.

Who is the pastor?

Jesus Christ is our Chief Shepherd (1 Peter 2:25, 5:4). Richard and Becky Casteel are our senior pastors. Learn more about Jesus here. Learn more about Richard and Becky here.

When do you meet?

Our Sunday service begins at 10:30 AM. Our sister church, Comunidad de Vida, has a Spanish service in our building at 1 PM. Visit the Weekly Schedule page and the Events page for information about other upcoming events.

What are the weekend services like?

Our Sunday meetings include praise and worship and teaching from the Bible. You can watch videos of our past services at our Sermons page and live on Sundays at our Facebook page.

How long do the weekend services last?

About 80 minutes.

What should I wear?

Casual clothes are the norm at Grace, but you’ll be welcome no matter what you wear.

If I visit on Sunday, will I be singled out in any way?

You are our guest when you visit Grace and we won’t do anything to cause you embarrassment. You can visit our information table in the lobby or talk to one of our host team members if you have any questions or need help.

What will my kids do during the service?

We provide safe environments for your children to play and learn during our services. We have a check-in process for all our kids programs the first time you visit, so you may want to arrive a little early to get signed in. You can bring your kids (infants through pre-k) to our nursery 15 minutes before or any time during the Sunday service. Jr Kids Quest (kindergarteners), Kids Quest (1st–4th grades), and Resolved Kids (5th-8th grades) start right before the sermon and will be dismissed from the main auditorium during the service.

What else can my kids do at Grace?

In addition to what happens on Sunday mornings, we have other events and activities throughout the year. Check out our Events page for upcoming kids and family events.

What about my older kids?

Check out the Resolved Youth page for information about events and activities for junior and senior high students.

Do you have small groups?

Yes, we have groups that meet in homes and other locations around the Valley. Learn more about our small groups here.
